| Abstract: | Целью исследования является оценка степени межотраслевой мобильности труда в Республике Беларусь и ее взаимосвязи с изменениями в структуре экономики. Материалы и методы. Информационной базой исследования являются данные Национального статистического комитета Республики Беларусь. Применялись методы анализа-синтеза, сравнения, обобщения, корреляционно-регрессионный анализ. Результаты. Оценена межотраслевая мобильность труда в Республике Беларусь. Показана взаимосвязь изменений в отраслевой структуре экономики и структуре занятости. Оценена взаимосвязь уровня оплаты труда, производительности труда и динамики занятости. Заключение. Установлено, что численность работников по отраслям заметно и положительно коррелировала с уровнем и темпом роста заработной платы, но не показывала тесной связи с объемом выпуска и производительностью труда. |
| Description: | The purpose of the study is to assess the degree of inter-sectoral labor mobility in the Republic of Belarus and its relationship with changes in the structure of the economy. Materials and methods. The information base of the study is the data of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus. Methods of analysis-synthesis, comparison, generalization, correlation and regression analysis were used. Results. The inter-sectoral labor mobility in the Republic of Belarus was assessed. The relationship between changes in the sectoral structure of the economy and the structure of employment is shown. The relationship between the level of wages, labor productivity and employment dynamics was assessed. Conclusion. It was found that the number of employees by industry significantly and positively correlated with the level and growth rate of wages, but did not show a close relationship with output and labor productivity. |
