dc.descriptionA comparative assessment of low level He-Ne laser exposure influence on the the erythron status of patients with coronary heart disease and healthy rowers was carried out. Ascertained were the changes of structural parameters of erythrocytes and reticulocytes in combination with hemoglobin modification and regeneration of the cell population. Illustrated was the capacity of adjustment of erythron blood oxygen transport indices by laser optical methods. The findings can serve a basis for elaboration of unavailable so far methods of therapeutic efficiency assessment of photohemothrapy.ru
dc.description.abstractПроведена сравнительная оценка влияния низкоинтенсивного лазерного излучения Не-Ne лазера на состояние эритрона больных ишемической болезнью сердца и гребцов. Выявлены изменения структурных параметров эритроцитов и ретикулоцитов в сочетании с модификацией гемоглобина и обновлением клеточной популяции. Продемонстрированы возможности коррекции кислородтранспортных характеристик эритрона лазерно-оптическими методами. Полученные данные могут служить основой для разработки отсутствующих до настоящего времени способов оценки терапевтической эффективности эффектов фотогемотерапии.ru
