Abstract: In this research the influence of the management regimen on the biodiversity and trophic structure of wood-inhabiting macrofungi was studied in the dying spruce forests of the Belovezhskaya Pushcha. High rates of biological and systematic diversity of wood-inhabiting macrofungi were found out in forests without sanitary cuttings. Absence of sanitary cuttings in spruce forests didn’t increase the number of pathogenic and opportunistic species of wood-inhabiting macrofungi, compared to the forests with these cuttings carried out.
