| Abstract: | В статье предпринята попытка обосновать возможность и необходимость введения в научный оборот такой малоизученной экономической категории как «финансовый потенциал». Проведен анализ отечественной и зарубежной экономической литературы, и научных исследований по вопросам, связанным с рассмотрением финансового потенциала, сделан вывод о превалировании ресурсного подхода и фрагментарности в его изучении. Обозначено авторское понимание сущности и значения финансового потенциала в соответствии с выделяемыми уровнями субъектности, приведено определение финансового потенциала с точки зрения кругооборота денежных потоков в экономике, раскрыта классификация финансового потенциала, выделены факторы, влияющие на финансовый потенциал. |
| Description: | The attempt to justify possibility and necessity such a little-studied economic category in scientific circulation as «financial potential» is presented in the article. The analysis of domestic and foreign economic literature and scientific research related to the consideration of potential is carried out. The conclusion is made about the prevalence of resource approach and fragmentation in study of financial potential. The author's understanding of financial potential is indicated in accordance with the allocated levels of subjectivity. The definition of financial potential is given from view of cash flows circulation in economy, the classification of financial potential is disclosed, the factors affecting financial potential are highlighted. |
