| Abstract: | The article discusses the main trends in the development of the green economy as a new type of the economy and an alternative vision for countries’ growth and development. The importance of the green human resource, the global trends and principles of the green economy as well as the expediency of the transition to the green economy as a way to increase the competitiveness of the country have been analyzed. |
