Abstract: В статье уточнено понятие «финансовая устойчивость предприятия». Произведён анализ хозяйственной деятельности ОАО «Агро-Мотоль» за период с 2019 года по 2021 год. Предложена стратегия диверсификации как одно из направлений повышения финансовой устойчивости предприятия.
Description: The article clarifies the concept of "financial stability of the enterprise". The analysis of the economic activity of JSC Agro-Motol for the period from 2019 to 2021 was carried out. The diversification strategy is proposed as one of the directions of increasing the financial stability of the enterprise.
