dc.descriptionThe article discusses the problems and directions of development of the Bank's operations with securities. An important role in the securities market played by commercial banks. First of all, banks act as issuers of their own securities to the formation of the resource base of the Bank. Banking as an investor, allowing them to form their own investment portfolio. In addition, banks perform intermediary activity under transactions on purchase-sale of securities. dc.description.abstractВ статье рассматривается проблемы и направления развития операций банка с ценными бумагами. Немаловажную роль на рынке ценных бумаг играют коммерческие банки. Прежде всего, банки могут выступать в качестве эмитентов собственных ценных бумаг для формирования ресурсной базы банка. Деятельность банков в качестве инвестора, позволяет им формировать собственный инвестиционный портфель ценных бумаг. Помимо этого, банки осуществляют посредническую деятельность при операциях по купле-продаже ценных бумаг. Следует отметить, что, являясь профессиональным участником рынка ценных бумаг, банки имеют возможность выполнять все виды профессиональной деятельности.ru
