Abstract: В статье выявлены и рассмотрены проблемы рынка труда. Более подробно рассмотрена проблема нелегальной трудовой миграции. Проанализировано состояние рынка труда в Республике Беларусь за 2015-2018 гг. Предложены основные направления по решению проблемы миграции трудовых ресурсов из страны.
Description: The article identified and addressed the problems of the labor market. The problem of illegal labor migration is considered in more detail. The state of the labor market in the Republic of Belarus for 2015-2018 is analyzed. The main directions for solving the problem of labor migration from the country are proposed.
