dc.descriptionThe results of the study of active oxygen species (superoxide radical) participation in the plasminogen-activating function of streptokinase were analyzed. The possibility of such species participation in the activation of a number of proteinase zymogens and in proteinase catalytic function was considered. A concept of oxygen-dependent pathway of plasminogen activation, a hypothesis of oxygen-dependent proteolysis and applied aspects of this problem were stated.ru
