dc.descriptionCorynebacteium diphtheriae PW-8 (grown in the presence of blood serum) proteinases splits human fibrinogen > human serum albumin = casein > gelat in > human thrombin. Fibrinogenolytic activities of these proteinases were inhibited by the group of specific proteinase inhibitors (0.001 mol) and by o-phenanthroline, by Hg2+ ions (0.001 mol) and stimulated by Fe2+> Fe3+ ions. This activity was inhibited by nitrotetrazolium blue or sodium acid (0.01 mol) completely, and by some purine nucleotides, especially by ATP or GTP. The sensivity of proteinase activity to effectors depended on cultivation conditions (nitrient medium).ru
