dc.description | During the treatment of trypsinogen by H2O2, C2- radical generating systems and by Fe2+ ions, the zymogen activation is observed. The H2O2 dependent trypsinogen activation is partially suppressed by nitrotetrazolium blue. It is assumed that, in contrast to plasminogen activation, the «cryptogenic ОН» radical contributes greatly to the trypsinogen activation. | ru |
