| Abstract: | Индустрия гостеприимства в условиях новой реальности является одной из движущих сил мировой экономики. Широкое распространение и внедрение новых технологий в эту отрасль в последние годы коренным образом изменило способ предоставления и получения услуг. В статье рассматриваются инновационные технологии, применяемые в туризме и индустрии гостеприимства в условиях новой реальности, являющиеся важнейшими элементами сферы оказания услуг. В работе обозначена роль, виды и описаны причины и необходимость внедрения инновационных информационных технологий в индустрию гостеприимства в условиях новой реальности. |
| Description: | The hospitality industry in the new reality is one of the driving forces of the global economy. The widespread dissemination and introduction of new technologies in this industry in recent years has fundamentally changed the way services are provided and received. The article discusses innovative technologies used in tourism and the hospitality industry in the new reality, which are the most important elements of the service sector. The paper outlines the role, types and describes the reasons for and the need for the introduction of innovative information technologies in the hospitality industry in a new reality. |
