Abstract: В статье раскрывается понятие «региональной инфраструктуры» с позиций различных экспертов, выделены сходства и различия в их трактовках. Описываются основные виды региональной инфраструктуры и их сущность. Определена взаимосвязь между развитием региональной инфраструктуры и уровнем финансовой самостоятельности местных бюджетов.
Description: The article reveals the concept of “regional infrastructure” from the standpoint of various experts, highlights the similarities and differences in their interpretations. The main types of regional infrastructure and their essence are described. The relationship between the development of regional infrastructure and the level of financial independence of local budgets is determined.
