| Abstract: | Проведен анализ бюджетного финансирования и банковского кредитования аграрного сектора Беларуси, которые осуществляются с учетом реализации государственных программ в области сельского хозяйства. Классифицированы каналы формирования входящих денежных потоков аграрного бизнеса по признаку субъектности (бюджетный, корпоративный, микрофинансовый), определены их особенности и перспективы развития. Сделан вывод о ведущей роли государства в поддержке инвестиций в аграрный бизнес. Сформулированы задачи управления формированием входящих денежных потоков аграрного бизнеса на общегосударственном уровне. |
| Description: | The article offers an analysis of budget financing and bank lending to the agricultural sector of Belarus, which is carried out taking into account the implementation of state programmes in the field of agriculture. The channels for the formation of incoming cash flows of agricultural business are classified on the basis of subjectivity (budgetary, corporate, microfinance), their features and development prospects are determined. A conclusion is drawn about the leading role of the state in supporting investment in agricultural business. The author formulates the tasks of managing the formation of incoming cash flows of agricultural business at the national level. |
