| Abstract: | Цель – разработать научно-методологические подходы регулирования устойчивости национальной продовольственной системы в целях защиты внутреннего рынка и оптимизации импорта. Материалы и методы. Основой для исследований послужили нормативно-правовые акты Республики Беларусь по регулированию цен, а также научно-практическая литература по данному направлению. В процессе исследований применялись методы: монографический, абстрактнологический, системного и сравнительного анализа, системной увязки, абстрагирования, идеализации, графический и др. Результаты. В статье представлены аспекты, которые влияют на распределение доходов между участниками агропродовольственного рынка. В целях защиты внутреннего рынка и оптимизации импорта агропродовольственных товаров предложен комплекс научно-методологических принципов регулирования устойчивости национальной продовольственной системы путем установления предельных торговых надбавок. Заключение. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы при разработке методологии регулирования устойчивости национальной продовольственной системы в части оптимизации импорта агропродовольственных товаров и защиты внутреннего рынка. |
| Description: | The aim of research is to develop scientific and methodological approaches to regulating the sustainability of the national food system in order to protect the domestic market and optimize imports. Materials and methods. The basis for the research was the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus on price regulation, as well as scientific and practical literature in this area. In the process of research, the following methods were used: monographic, abstract-logical, system and comparative analysis, system linking, abstraction, idealization, graphic, etc. Results. The article presents aspects that affect the fairness of income distribution between participants of the agri-food market. In order to protect the domestic market and optimize the import of agri-food products, a set of scientific and methodological principles for regulating the sustainability of the national food system by establishing marginal trade allowances is proposed. Conclusions. The results obtained can be used to develop a methodology for regulating the sustainability of the national food system in terms of optimizing the import of agri-food products and protecting the domestic market. |
