dc.descriptionThe article discusses the problems of a didactic approach in determining the potential of a specific environment for interaction between subjects of educational and educational activities - the educational segment of the Republican information and educational environment in the Republic of Belarus. The questions of determining one of the theoretical and methodological grounds for effective integration of innovative information and communication technologies into the learning process - organizational and pedagogical conditions for the use of high-tech didactic means are understood. Attention is paid to the aspect of understanding the didactic role of the components of the educational segment of the unified Republican information and educational environment in the procedural organization and implementation of training. The research proposed by the author is updated by the processes of digital transformation of the educational sphere, which is determined as an important development trend taking into account the improvement of the system of continuing education in the Republic of Belarus. The presented generalizations are important in their practice orientation for the systematic provision of continuity of the levels of general secondary and higher education in the context of digitalization.ru
dc.description.abstractВ статье рассматривается проблематика дидактического подхода в определении потенциала специфической среды взаимодействия субъектов образовательной и учебной деятельности - образовательного сегмента Республиканской информационно-образовательной среды в Республике Беларусь. Осмысливаются вопросы определения одного из теоретико-методологических оснований эффективной интеграции инновационных информационно-коммуникационных технологий в процесс обучения - организационно-педагогических условий применения высокотехнологичных дидактических средств. Акцентируется внимание на аспекте понимания дидактической роли компонентов образовательного сегмента единой Республиканской информационно-образовательной среды в процессуальной организации и осуществлении обучения. Предлагаемая автором проблематика исследования актуализируется процессами цифровой трансформации образовательной сферы, что определяется в качестве важной тенденции развития с учетом совершенствования системы непрерывного образования в Республике Беларусь. Представленные обобщения важны в своей практикоориентированности для системного обеспечения преемственности уровней общего среднего и высшего образования в условиях цифровизации.ru
