| Abstract: | Артикул прысвечаны пытанням даследавання феномена фарміравання і развіцця інфармацыйнай культуры настаўніка, якая асэнсоўваецца з пазіцый забеспячэння пераемнасці паміж узроўнямі агулънай сярэдняй і вышэйшай адукацыі з улікам працэсаў лічбавай трансфармацыі ў адукацыйнай сферы Рэспублікі Беларусь. Аўтарам вызначаны фенаменалагічныя рысы, структурныя кампаненты, механізмы фарміравання і прыкметы ўзроўневай сфарміраванасці адной з важных частак базавай культуры педагога. З практыка-арыентаваных пазіцый распрацаваны арганізацыйна-педагагічныя ўмовы фарміравання і развіцця інфармацыйнай культуры настаўніка і працэсаў рэалізацыі мерапрыемстваў лічбавай трансфармацыі ў сферы адукацыі. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of the formation and development of the teacher’s information culture, which is comprehended from the standpoint of developing the conditions for ensuring continuity between the levels of general secondary and higher education, taking into account the processes of digital transformation in the educational sphere ofthe Republic ofBelarus. The author identifiedphenomenological features, structural components, mechanisms offormation and signs of the level formation of one of the important parts of the basic culture of the teacher. From a practice-oriented perspective, requirements have been developed-organizational andpedagogical conditionsfor theformation and development ofthe information culture of a teacher and processes for implementing digital transformation measures in the field of education. |
