dc.descriptionComparative characteristics of predisposing factors (sex, age, anamnesis data of perinatal period and early childhood, psychosocial peculiarities, harmful habits) in the development of refl ux-esophagitis (RE) and chronic gastritis (CG) in elder children and adolescents are presented in the article. Gender diff erences were not found. Age of patients with RE was higher than with CG. High frequency of pre- and intranatal period complications was detected in both groups. Children with RE had insuffi cient weight rise and functional disorders of digestion in early childhood (p>0,05). Frequent stress situations, long-standing time with computer, short walking were registered in 1/3 patients with pathology of esophagus and stomach and insuffi cient time to sleep – in ¼ cases. Smoking and alcohol consumption were found more often in RE patients with RE (33,8%) than in CG (22,0%, р=0,1).ru
dc.description.abstractВ статье представлена сравнительная характеристика факторов предрасположения (пол, возраст, анамнестические данные по перинатальному периоду и раннему детству, психосоциальные особенности, вредные привычки) к развитию рефлюкс-эзофагита (РЭ) и хронического гастрита (ХГ) у детей старшего возраста и подростков. Гендерные различия отсутствовали. Возраст пациентов с РЭ был выше, чем при ХГ. При обоих заболеваниях показана высокая частота осложнений анте- и интранатального анамнеза. У детей с РЭ чаще наблюдались в раннем детстве недостаточная прибавка массы тела и функциональные нарушения пищеварения (p).ru
