| Abstract: | Перспективным способом сохранения грибов считается сохранение Basidiomycetes ex situ в коллекции культур. Количество известных видов грибов в мире постоянно растет, соответственно и количество культур грибов, сохраняемых в коллекциях культур. Грибы Stereum hirsutum содержат биологически активные соединения, проявляющие антиоксидантное действие, антивирусную и иммуномодулирующую активность. Проводится работа по выделению перспективных в лечебных целях видов грибов Stereum hirsutum в культуру и сохранению их в коллекции культур. |
| Description: | Conservation of Basidiomycetes ex situ in culture collections is considered as a promising way of fungal preservation. The number of known fungal species in the world is increasing continuously as well as the number of fungal cultures maintaining in culture collections. Mushrooms Stereum hirsutum contain bioactive connections showing antioxidant action, antivirus and immunomodulating activities. Work on the allocation perspective in the medical purposes in culture of the species of mushrooms Stereum hirsutum and their preservation in the collection of cultures is started. |
