Abstract: Бюджетная система Республики Беларусь характеризуется высокой степенью разветвлённости уровней местных бюджетов. Поэтому, являясь самыми многочисленными бюджетами в бюджетной системе государства, они выступают её финансовым фундаментом, от прочности которого зависит благосостояние всех граждан страны. Данная прочность зависит от различных факторов, одним из которых выступает уровень финансовой самостоятельности местных бюджетов. В статье рассмотрены основные моменты, касающиеся важности изучения такой экономической категории как финансовая самостоятельность местных бюджетов.
Description: The budgetary system of the Republic of Belarus is characterized by a high degree of ramification of the levels of local budgets. Therefore, being the most numerous budgets in the budgetary system of the state, they act as its financial foundation, on the strength of which the well-being of all citizens of the country depends. This strength depends on various factors, one of which is the level of financial independence of local budgets. The article discusses the main points regarding the importance of studying such an economic category as the financial independence of local budgets.
