dc.descriptionThe article gives the results of epidemiologic investigation for studying of frequency of typical symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease in children and adolescents 12-18 years old in the Republic of Belarus. After the questionnaire of 2076 respondents was found the high (19,4%) frequency of esophageal complaints (heartburn, regurgitation, acid and bitter eructation, swallowing disturbances). Among the typical symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease there were acid eructation (8,2%), heartburn (7,4%), regurgitation (7,3%) and combined symptoms (7,1%). Frequency and structure of esophageal complaints had small differences in different towns on size.ru
dc.description.abstractВ статье представлены результаты эпидемиологического исследования по изучению частоты типичных симптомов гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни (ГЭРБ) среди детей и подростков Республики Беларусь в возрасте 12-18 лет. По данным анкетирования 2076 респондентов, показана высокая (19,4%) частота пищеводных жалоб (изжога, регургитация, кислая и горькая отрыжка, нарушения глотания). Из типичных симптомов ГЭРБ чаще встречались: кислая отрыжка (8,2%), изжога (7,4%), регургитация (7,3%), а также сочетанные жалобы (7,1%). Частота и структура пищеводных жалоб незначительно различались в различных по величине городах.ru
