Установлено, что шигеллѐзные ЛПС стимулируют секрецию нейтрофилами и моноцитами ИЛ–1β, ИЛ–6, ИЛ–8 и ФНО–α дозозависимо и видонеспецифично.ru
dc.description.abstractArticle is dedicated to the study in vitro of secretory activity of human blood neutrophiles and mono-cytes been under the influence of lipopolysaccharides of Shigella flexneri and Shigella sonnei. It was found that of Shigella’s LPS stimulates secretion human neutrophils and monocytes IL–1β, IL–6, IL–8, and TNF–α dose–dependedly and cpecies–nonspecificaly.en
