dc.description.abstractThe article describes the features of the medical staff provision for the healthcare of both BSSR and Western Belarus in the interwar period. It was shown that the main factor in the superiority of the Soviet healthcare system in the BSSR over the Polish one in Western Belarus was an increase in recruitment and graduation in medical institutes and technical schools, while in Western Belarus the training of medical personnel did not satisfy the needs of the population.ru
