Abstract: В статье рассмотрены основные вопросы подготовки занимающихся бодибилдингом на начальном этапе подготовке в аспекте учета морфофункциональных показателей, так как процесс развития задатков, способностей и таланта зависит от системного подхода к учебно-тренировочному процессу, включая и спортивный отбор на всех его этапах.
Description: The article discusses the main issues of training those involved in bodybuilding at the initial stage of preparation in the aspect of taking into account morphofunctional indicators, since the process of development of inclinations, abilities and talent depends on a systematic approach to the educational and training process, including sports selection at all its stages.
