dc.description.abstractAddition of streptokinase to the system of superoxide radical generation (methionine — riboflavin or NADH — phenazinemethosulphate) significantly (by 50%) decreases the concentrations of these radicals. In the NADH — phenazinemethosulphate system, the degree of streptokinase inhibition of formazane formation is a nonlinear function of the NADH concentration. Heating of streptokinase solutions results in a loss of both its dismutase-like activity and of its plasminogen-activatory function, the correlation between these parameters being high.ru
