Abstract: The state of secondary and tertiary streptokinase structures and tryptophan-containing sites of streptokinase molecule were investigated by circular dichroism spectroscopy, intrinsic tryptophan fluorescence and difference spectroscopy under the action of NaCl (0.2—2.0 M), sodium dodecylsulfate (10-4—10-2 M) and after partial (30% v/v) replacement of water by organic solvents. The specificities of the native streptokinase structure are discussed. It is suggested that there are at least two structural regions in the streptokinase molecule.
