| Abstract: | В статье представлена комплексная методика диагностики физического состояния и здоровья, а также исследование по оценке эффективности применения в учебном процессе учреждения высшего образования компьютерной программы «Оценка физического состояния и здоровья». Применение разработанной методики, учитывающей диагностику стигм соединительнотканной дисплазии, дает возможность скорректировать параметры физической нагрузки при наличии отклонений показателей от нормы, подобрать оптимальный характер двигательной активности для профилактики прогрессирования ассоциированных препатологических и патологических состояний. Совместимое программное обеспечение позволяет автоматизировать процесс анализа данных, своевременно выявлять и отлеживать изменения функционального состояния организма, упростить процесс оценки параметров здоровья и физического состояния обучающихся. |
| Description: | The article presents a comprehensive methodology for diagnosing physical condition and health, as well as a study to assess the effectiveness of the computer program «Assessment of physical condition and health» in the educational process of a higher education institution. The application of the developed technique, which takes into account the diagnosis of stigmas of connective tissue dysplasia, makes it possible to adjust the parameters of physical activity in the presence of deviations from the norm, to choose the optimal nature of motor activity for the prevention of progression of associated prepathological and pathological conditions. Compatible software allows you to automate the process of data analysis, timely identify and detect changes in the functional state of the body, simplify the process of evaluating the parameters of health and physical condition of students. |
