dc.descriptionThe article discusses the issues of ensuring continuity at the levels of general secondary and higher education in the context of the formation of the Republican information and educational environment and its educational segment. The author comprehends the issues of effective integration of high-tech teaching aids into the educational activities of its subjects as part of the qualitative development of the potential of information and educational environments of educational institutions. Attention is focused on the determined conditions of organizational and pedagogical support of continuity, the imperative of which will make it possible to effectively solve the urgent tasks of improving the continuing education system in the Republic of Belarus. Taking into account the author’s scientific generalizations is important for the practical application of mechanisms for ensuring the continuity of the levels of general secondary and higher education in the context of the implementation of the conceptual provisions of state programs for digitalization of the educational sphere.ru
dc.description.abstractВ статье рассматривается проблематика обеспечения преемственности на уровнях общего среднего и высшего образования в условиях формирования Республиканской информационно-образовательной среды и ее образовательного сегмента. Автором осмысливаются вопросы эффективной интеграции высокотехнологичных средств обучения в образовательную деятельность ее субъектов в рамках качественного развития потенциала информационно-образовательных сред учреждений образования. Акцентируется внимание на определяемых условиях организационно-педагогического обеспечения преемственности, императивность выполнения которых позволит эффективно решать актуальные задачи совершенствования системы непрерывного образования в Республике Беларусь. Учет выводимых автором научных обобщений важен для практического применения механизмов обеспечения преемственности уровней общего среднего и высшего образования в условиях реализации концептуальных положений государственных программ цифровизации образовательной сферы.ru
