dc.description.abstractIn the present work an attempt to evaluate the influence of blood perfusion on cellular immunity was undertook in 21 septic patints. The decrease of the mean lymphocyte diametr (MLD) in peripheral blood is a stable indicator of severe infection (in present report-sepsis). Increasing MLD is probably the favorable sign, whereas the steady tendency of decreasing the MLD must be alert.ru
