dc.descriptionThe hemostasis system state has been studied after the application of hemosorption in 37 healthy donors. Effect has been studied of multiple perfusions of donors’ blood on the state of thrombocytic and plasma hemostasis. A hemosorption of healthy donors’ blood causes the decrease of a number of blood platelets and their functional properties in all the experiments. Alterations in the coagulation hemostasis status depended upon the ratio of donors’ blood perfusion. The most perceptible alterations in indices of a hemostasiogram have been noted after the perfusion of a single volume of donor’s blood.ru
dc.description.abstractПроведено экспериментальное исследование влияния гемосорбции на состояние системы гемостаза у 37 здоровых доноров. Изучено влияние многократной перфузии донорской крови на состояние, тромбоцитарного и плазменного гемостаза. Гемосорбция крови здоровых доноров приводит к снижению количества кровяных пластинок и их функциональных свойств во всех сериях опытов. Отмечено изменение состояния коагуляционного гемостаза в зависимости от кратности перфузии донорской крови. Наиболее значительные изменения в показателях гемостазиограммы происходят после перфузии одного объема донорской крови.ru
