Abstract: В статье исследуется важность стратегического управления как элемента успешной деятельность организации. На примере СП ОАО ”Спартак“ проводится анализ существующих стратегий и предложены пути совершенствования стратегического управления на предприятия, включая разработку новых продуктовых направлений, расширение ассортимента и внедрение инновационных технологий. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в предоставлении рекомендаций, которые помогут предприятию повысить конкурентоспособность, укрепить рыночные позиции и адаптироваться к изменениям внешней среды.
Description: The article examines the importance of strategic management as an element of successful organization activity. Using the example of SP OAO Spartak, an analysis of existing strategies is conducted and ways to improve strategic management at the enterprise are proposed, including the development of new product lines, expansion of the range and the introduction of innovative technologies. The practical significance of the study lies in providing recommendations that will help the enterprise increase competitiveness, strengthen its market position and adapt to changes in the external environment.
