Phthalates – a phthalic acid esters, exogenous substances of human origin violate normal hormonal balance in the body. Once in the body, they bind to receptors of hormones and hormone-like effects have, as well, through a feedback mechanism, violate the secretion of hormones by endocrine glands. The above demonstrates the need for in-depth study of the harmful effects of phthalates, establishing the relationship between absorbed dose and the manifestation of adverse effects with regard to their potential hazard to the endocrine system and reproductive health research and other specific remote properties.ru
