Abstract: A number of the natural phytohormones and their synthetic stereosimers was investigated. It was estimated for the first time that brassinosteroids could act as regulators of monooxigenase activity in tumor cells, and the interrelation between inhibitor efficiency and structure of phytohormones was shown. Anticancerogenic action of synthetic analogues of brassinosteroids could be as positive effects of similar updating.
