Abstract:	The incidence of the most significant pathologies among adult population of Brest region was analyzed. It was shown the contradictory dynamics of growth of the general incidence rates and the reduction of the primary incidence rates in Brest region during the observation period. It was estimated that the morbidity of the labor population almost 1.4 times higher than the one of the population of retirement age.
