Abstract: | The monooxygenase activity of MCF-7 cells in the presence of activated oxygen donor (cumene hydroperoxide) was discovered and the kinetic parameters were determined. Thus, the possibility of monooxygenase processes to occur in the cell line MCF-7 in the absence of NADPH-cytochrome P-450 reductase was demonstrated for the first time. |
