dc.descriptionNew data on inspection of 1267 health workers (hospitals, clinics, the centers) and 628workers of drugstores, and also 111 infectiologists are presented in article. The medicinal allergy proceeds in the form of the polysyndromic symptoms (dermatitis, conjunctivitis, rhinitis, bronchial asthma). At health workers the mixed forms of hepatitis B and C that makes heavier clinic and the forecast of a disease are observed. dc.description.abstractВ статье представлены новые данные по обследованию 1267 медицинских работников (больниц, диспансеров, центров) и 628 работников аптек, а также 111 врачей-инфекционистов. Лекарственная аллергия протекает в виде полисиндромных симптомов (дерматит, конъюнктивит, ринит, бронхиальная астма). У медицинских работников наблюдаются смешанные формы гепатита В и С, что утяжеляет клинику и прогноз заболевания. В статье отражены аспекты эпидемиологии, клиники, диагностики, лечения и профилактики, временной нетрудоспособности при аллергических и вирусных заболеваниях медицинских работников.ru
