dc.description.abstractProlonged and postponed inhibiting effects of acting pesticides’ substances (APSs, – fluazifop, cypermetrin, propiconazole and imidacloprid, were studied using biochemical model of constitutive and induced cytochrome P450 in liver microsomal system of rats. The method provides express-assessments of pesticides’ ecological effects for a number of APSs and very perspective because of reducing expenses in number of experiments, animals and terms of tests needed for biosafety expertise.ru
