| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены проблемы оценки эффективности внутреннего аудита, автором предложена методика с применением интегрированного показателя, включающего значения динамики объективных показателей и результатов опросов ключевых стейкхолдеров (субъективные показатели) с применением поправочных коэффициентов исходя из надежности источника информации, что позволит принимать решение о смене организационной формы внутреннего аудита на иную, более эффективную, достичь баланса удовлетворенности информационных интересов и ожиданий основных стейкхолдеров, получить реалистичную, объективную картину состояния дел субъекта хозяйствования. |
| Description: | This article examines the challenges of assessing the effectiveness of internal audit. The author proposes a methodology using an integrated indicator, incorporating the dynamics of objective indicators and the results of surveys of key stakeholders (subjective indicators) with the use of correction factors based on the reliability of the information source. This will allow for decisions to be made on changing the organizational form of internal audit to a different, more effective one, achieving a balance between the satisfaction of information interests and expectations of key stakeholders, and obtaining a realistic, objective picture of the state of affairs of the business entity. |
