Abstract: Статья посвящена изучению реформы политической системы в современной России. Муниципальные кампании 2012-2013 годов представляют чрезвычайно различный эмпирический материал. Исследование основано на общем диалектическом методе познания и конкретных научных методах, которые вытекают из него: анализе, синтезе, системном методе и методе формальной логики. Выборы 2012-2013 годов, прошедшие в разных политических условиях, показали наличие устойчивой вертикали власти на муниципальном уровне в отношении направления развития формирующейся партийной системы современной России.
The article is devoted to studying the reform of political system in modern Russia through the 2012–2013 municipal campaigns. Municipal campaigns of 2012–2013 represent the extremely various empirical material. The research is based on the general dialectical method of cognition and particular scientific methods which derive from it: analysis, synthesis, system method and the method of formal logic. In authors belief the 2012–2013 elections, held in different political circumstances, showed the presence of a stable vertical of power at the municipal level regarding the direction of development of the emerging party system of modern Russia.
