| Abstract: | С целью совершенствования организации питания школьников и выявления спроса на новую продукцию функциональной направленности в школьной столовой нами произведен анкетный опрос родителей и учащихся школы. Полученные результаты были обработаны с помощью пакета программ «Statistica 6.0». In order to improve catering services for the schoolchildren and reveal the demand for the new functional products in a school cafeteria, the authors of the article carried out questioning of children and their parents. The results were analyzed by means of the programme «Statistica 6.0». |
