Abstract: Рассмотрены тенденции подготовки кадров для банковской сферы, степень корреляции финансовых результатов деятельности банковских организаций с уровнем подготовки служащих. Представлены методические подходы к определению объемов подготовки кадров для банков, регулированию с использованием системы показателей.
Description: Human resources development trends for the banking sector are considered. Moreover the degree of correlation of the financial performance of banking organizations with the level of training of employees is examined. Methodical approaches to determining the amount of personnel training for banks as well as regulation using a system of indicators are presented.
