Abstract: В статье поднята проблема необходимости системного воздействия со стороны государства и общественных организаций на активизацию включения молодого поколения в процессы электорального участия. Предложен комплекс мер по обеспечению повышения его эффективности. Предметом рассмотрения выступают особенности электорального участия молодежи в условиях современных избирательных процессов. Значительное внимание уделено влиянию институциональных политических трансформаций на изменения в содержании электорального поведения населения в целом и молодежи как одной из общественных групп. Предложены возможные параметры системной оценки электорального участия молодежи для регулярного мониторинга и анализа молодежной среды.
Description: The article raises the problem of the need for systemic influence on the part of the state and public organizations to activate the inclusion of the younger generation in the processes of electoral participation. A set of measures is proposed to ensure increasing its effectiveness. The subject of consideration are the features of the electoral participation of young people in the conditions of modern electoral processes. Considerable attention is paid to the influence of institutional political transformations on changes in the content of electoral behavior of the population as a whole and youth as a social group. Possible parameters for a systematic assessment of the electoral participation of young people for regular monitoring and analysis of the youth environment are suggested.
