Abstract: A systematic analysis of a typical technological complex of a dairy plant was carried out to further predict equipment malfunction. Dairy production is divided into separate components, on the basis of which an A-scenario was developed for the entire production. The task of assessing the operating modes of the control system (standard, non-standard, transitional), as well as options for the transition to normal mode is formalized. The subsystem C-script is executed, the use of which on each life cycle will make it possible to solvethe optimization problem.
