Abstract: В данной статье изучены обстоятельства, обуславливающие наличие Комитетов по аудиту; требования международных актов, регулирующих правила создания Комитетов по аудиту, а также правовое обеспечение Республики Беларусь. Исследованы исторические этапы развития института Комитетов по аудиту. Автором раскрыта сущность Комитета по аудиту и ревизионной комиссии, проведено сравнение их ключевых элементов, определены общие черты и различия. Изложен авторский подход к выбору внутреннего контрольного органа на основе анкетирования эффективности деятельности.
Description: This article examines the circumstances that determine the existence of audit Committees, the requirements of international acts that regulate the rules for creating audit Committees, as well as the legal support of the Republic of Belarus. The historical stages of development of the institute of audit Committees are studied. The author reveals the essence of the audit Committee and the audit Commission, compares their key elements, and identifies common features and differences. The author's approach to the selection of an internal control body based on a questionnaire of performance is presented.
