Abstract

In the article the process of creation of qualitative legal framework as one of the most important and indispensable conditions of economic system development and its particular segments is viewed. The possibility to build credit and cooperative system of Russia from the point of view of its efficiency, financial stability and social and public requirement adequacy taking into consideration the experience of a number of countries and recommendations of international regulating authorities is investigated.
