Abstract: Целью исследования является эмпирическое изучение мотивов учебной деятельности студентов университета, а также определение уровня мотивации к успеху и мотивации избегания неудач. Научная новизна заключается в изучении основных мотивационных факторов в обучении студентов. В результате исследования определено, что получение высшего образования, самореализация, получение новой полезной информации, будущая работа и заработная плата, это те факторы, которые являются мотивирующими для студентов в их учебной деятельности.
Description: The aim of the study is an empirical study of the motivations of university students 'educational activities, as well as the determination of the level of motivation for success and motivation for avoiding failures. The scientific novelty is to study the main motivational factors in student learning. As a result, it is determined that higher education, self-realization, new useful information, future work and wages are factors that motivate students in their educational activities.
