dc.descriptionThe article reflects the scientific results of the authors, which characterize the modern aspects of sports selection. Despite the large amount of scientific material on this subject, the criteria for assessing the prospects of young athletes, especially in the early stages of sports training, in the aspect of identifying individual talent are not systematized.The complexity of the structure and mechanism of sports selection in athletics, due to contradictions: between the established traditions in this area and organizational and methodological provisions, especially in the early stages of sports specialization. Systems analysis of information to solve problems of sports selection directs scientists to search for effective ways from the standpoint of pedagogy and economic feasibility.-
dc.description.abstractВ статье отражены научные результаты авторов, характеризующие современные аспекты спортивного отбора. Несмотря на большое количество научного материала по данной тематике, не систематизированы критерии оценки перспективности юных легкоатлетов, особенно на ранних этапах спортивной подготовки, в аспекте выявления индивидуальной одаренности. Сложность структурного построения и механизма спортивного отбора в легкой атлетике, объясняется противоречиями: между сложившимися традициями по данному направлению и организационно-методическими положениями, особенно на ранних этапах спортивной специализации. Системный анализ информации к решению проблем спортивного отбора направляет ученых на поиск эффективных путей с позиций педагогики и экономической целесообразности.-
