Abstract: В статье финансирование сельского хозяйства рассмотрено с точки зрения рыночного подхода. Целью статьи является выделение категорий сельскохозяйственных производителей, формирующих спрос на финансовые ресурсы и категорий экономических субъектов, которые формируют предложение финансовых ресурсов для сельского хозяйства. Рассмотрены различные финансовые инструменты, которые могут применяться для финансирования сельского хозяйства в Республике Беларусь. Сделаны выводы об имеющихся возможностях по расширению использования финансовых инструментов для сельскохозяйственных производителей.
Description: The article discusses agricultural financing from a market approach. The aim of the article is to highlight the categories of agricultural producers that form demand for financial resources and the categories of economic entities that form supply of financial resources for agriculture. The demand for financial resources in the Republic of Belarus is formed by agricultural organizations, farms, personal subsidiary farms of citizens. The proposal has been submitted by the Treasury, Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus and commercial banks. Various financial instruments that can be used for agriculture financing in the Republic of Belarus are considered: own funds of organizations, bank loans, leasing, factoring, subsidies, budget financing and others. Conclusions are made about the opportunities available to expand financial instruments using for agricultural producers, including foreign investment, cash from the issue and placement of shares and corporate bonds.
