Abstract:	В статье обоснована необходимость создания крупных молочных компаний, предложена система мер по стимулированию производства молочного сырья за счет выплаты бонусов из прибыли молокоперерабатывающих организаций, даны рекомендации по совершенствованию рыночного управления в молочной отрасти, приведена интеграционная схема трансформации институциональной и экономической структуры молочного подкомплекса.
Description:	In article necessity of creation of the large dairy companies is proved, the system of measures on stimulation of manufacture of dairy raw materials at the expense of payment of bonuses from profit of the processing organisations is offered, recommendations about perfection of market management in dairy are given grow, the integration scheme of transformation of organizational and economic structure of a dairy subcomplex is stated.
