Abstract: The paper proposes an organizational mechanism for providing a change management system for industrial enterprises based on a set of organizational components (goals and tasks, functions and technologies, methods, norms and rules, organizational and management processes) that have organizational regulation, change management in the interests of the enterprise, effective operation of the management system. In order to detail the transformation of the existing organizational structure in to an advanced, which includes a coordination center for providing a system for managing changes in production at industrial enterprises, it is proposed to perform the following steps: to carry out an analysis of the organizational structure at the enterprise; examine job descriptions, responsibilities, staff positions, and change management at the enterprise; based on existing job descriptions, to allocate new staff functions in providing change management system in the commercial, financial and personnel management department, etc.; regulating the interaction between departments and units within the framework of a change management system; determining the costs of implementing an organizational mechanism to ensure a change management system in an industrial enterprise. It is proved that the methods of change have to be supplemented by a combined method, which will include different combinations of the above, according to the situation or complexity of the tasks to be solved, since under the organizational support of the system of change management in industrial enterprises it is necessary to understand a set of methods and means that are shared by place, time and purpose of functioning of individual performers, teams in a separate unit or service in the structure of the enterprise. The mechanism is implemented through the established center for providing a system for managing changes in production at industrial enterprises, which was created in order to improve the quality of production and organizational support during the implementation of new technological processes. In order to detail the transformation of the existing organizational structure into an advanced one, which includes a coordination center for providing a system for managing changes in production at industrial enterprises, appropriate steps have been defined. The purpose of the mechanism is to specify in space and time, the content and purpose of ensuring change management for individual structural units of performers according to functional purpose.
